A number of iOS users are reporting activation error on iOS, it is most probably because you had installed iOS beta 6, which expires , which means it has probably expired or gonna expire shortly depending on your timezone or country.

Please keep in mind that it is not possible to downgrade to iOS 6.1.3 or 6.1.4 as apple has stopped signing the firmware file, you can only downgrade (Click Here)  to iOS 6.1.3 or 6.1.4 if you have an iPhone 4.

Update to iTunes 11.1 :

Backup your device :
